Through this process, you will learn to laugh with ease, become more confident, and can use laughter as another form of emotional release. Engaging in regular laughter can bring positive shifts in attitude, leading to noticeable changes in behaviour.

The Laughter Coaching programme runs over 8 weeks and provides a structured method to help increase your laughter in your life. The programme is broken down into specific focus areas, one week at a time, slowly building up to your ability to sustain laughter in your life without relying on external stimulus.
