Claudia is a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher & accredited Laughter Yoga coach. Her main focus is to help people thrive by reconnecting with themselves, gaining confidence in finding their voice in a fun but transformative way.

Claudia isn’t just a laughter enthusiast. She’s got credentials to prove it! With experience in facilitating laughter workshops within the mental health sector. She runs workshops for people who suffer from stress, depression, bereavement, anxieties, bi-polar, schizophrenia etc.

She can tailor the Laughter workshop to meet everyone’s needs, whether it be in a 1:1 or a group environment.
